Andrew Baker is currently the Head of People Experience for Hipgroup. Recently re-joining the Hipgroup family Andrew has spent the last 5 years thinking, changing, and innovating people experience across retail and hospitality most recently returning from Australia where he worked for Woolworths Group and Merivale.
