Te Mata Figs provides fig ingredients for food manufacturers, working with food producers to develop innovative uses for figs in their products.
In season we supply bulk fresh figs from mid-February to Mid May and work with chefs to provide the cultivars (taste, colour, shape) which meet their requirements.
