The Killinchy Gold story began years ago on a small South Island farm. On that farm there lived two people with a dream - a dream of bringing back traditional values to ice cream making. After all, the first ice cream made in New Zealand was made slowly by hand, in small batches, with all natural ingredients.

So as you can see, Killinchy Gold really has made it the hard way! Yet all this hard work has paid off. From its modest beginnings, it has grown to be something of an icon in the New Zealand market.
