At Ignite Coffee we only roast premium quality beans in small batches, to ensure absolute freshness. Our roasting is overseen by a master roaster and master blender on a Petroncini drum roaster giving superb consistency across all blends. We are medal winners in the Organic Fair Trade category at the 2011 NZ Coffee Awards and also proud supporters of the Rain Forest Alliance movement.

Machines

Technical Service
Our service team at Espresso Direct includes 4 techs at our head office, 23 nationwide service agents, a large inventory of spare parts, regular training sessions for all techs and highly organised preventative maintenance to ensure reliability and consistently high quality product.
