Over time, we have developed two exclusive pastry technologies, Fastproof and Preproof that allow us to deliver true value to time poor foodservice professionals.

From our site in Auckland, we create delicious croissants and Danishes for customers both domestically and internationally. Through meticulous attention to detail we ensure our products perform consistently to a standard equal to fresh, handmade pastries.

We have expanded our expertise to the grocery sector, providing bake at home pastry packs under the brand 'La Patisserie'. These products utilise the same freezer to oven baking technology as our Preproof foodservice products allowing any one to be a pastry chef in their own home.
