LASCo (Lean Artisan Smokehouse Company) Salami is made from Pure NZ Beef - Our healthy and nutricious salami is 90% Fat Free, Gluten, Soy, Dairy & Pork free. We are low in sodium, cholesterol & saturated fat. LASCo Salami is available in 4 delicious variants - Marlborough Garlic, Italian New York Cut, Pepperoni & Kaitia Fire. The range is available in the following retails packs (25g snack pack, 125g sliced and175g chubs) or wholesale sliced packs (500g and 1kg) ideal for the food service industry. We are a hot smoked salami (not fermented). No gelling agents, fillers, cerals or meals are used in our production. Shortly a venison range will be launched along with bier sticks and a chorizo sausage. LASCo salami is available nationally throughout New World, Pak'n Save, Fresh Choice, Raeward Fresh, selected Four Square's & SuperValues and numerous independant specialty stores. LASCo Salami is proudly NZ made at our Mount Maunganui factory.
