Founded as a boutique roastery café in Wellington by Steve and Julie Gianoutsos in 2003, Mojo Coffee is now one of New Zealand’s most experienced and respected independent coffee roasters and café operators.

Importing green beans directly from source to our Wellington roastery, we roast daily and distribute our premium blends and single origins to cafés, restaurants, offices and homes across the country as well as our own Mojo cafés – maintaining a complete ‘crop to cup’ approach.

Mojo coffee is the exclusive distributor in New Zealand for premium Synesso machinery including the Hydra MVP coffee machine. Synesso produces highly engineered coffee machines with features like individual brew boilers, volumetric system, 4 stage pressure ramping and digital shot timers. All stainless steel parts are cut, formed and welded by dedicated team of artisans. Sub-assembly, build, test, and fit & finish all by hand in Seattle USA.
