Te Mata Figs is a specialist fig grower and creator of award winning fig products, supplying both fresh figs and fig products to restaurants, caterers and retailers nationwide.

Our product range currently used within the hospitality industry includes our award winning 'Just Fig Jam', 'Just Fig Syrup', 'Fig Relish', 'Fig, Port and Cardamom Paste', 'Spanish Fig Cake' and 'Salame di Fichi'.

Our products are gluten, dairy and egg-free and contain no preservatives.

Te Mata Figs provides fig ingredients for food manufacturers, working with food producers to develop innovative uses for figs in their products.

In season we supply bulk fresh figs from mid-February to Mid May and work with chefs to provide the cultivars (taste, colour, shape) which meet their requirements.
