Our food philosophy at Bistro Gentil is simple. We use local, seasonal produce as much as we can.
The range of small batch products that we create are handpicked and handmade from ingredients in our own kitchen garden.
For that Modern French twist, we source the finest Grand Cru olive oils from Provence.
