Emma-Jane’s was established in 1989 and quickly became a market leader for importing premium and innovative European delicacies. Our first products into the foodservice market were the well-known and much loved Van Diermen Choux Pastry range. The Chocolate Dipped Profiteroles are still a bestselling line today!

Over the years Emma-Jane’s has evolved to fit the needs of the rapidly changing New Zealand market. We now boast a portfolio of Van Diermen Choux Pastries, La Donatella Italian dessert logs, Gourmand “Take & Bake” Croissants, Traiteur de Paris fine dining desserts and the exciting new Pidy “Ready to fill” pastry cases.
