In a picture perfect suburb, Dairy Flat, Massimo’s is an Artisanal producer of fresh cheeses following a 100 year old recipe originating from Puglia, (Southern Italy, the birth of cow’s Mozzarella and Burrata). It uses organic cow and buffalo milks to produce cheeses of high calibre with numerous cheese accolades.
It’s a family run business that saw an opportunity in an evolving and demanding food market within New Zealand to deliver fresh, mouth-watering and hand-crafted products.
