Damson Plum Powder

Freeze Dried Damson Plum Powder is used in baking, icings, and desserts. It adds colour, tartness and flavour. Available in 3 sizes 50grms, 250grms and 1kg, however can be packed to order.

Damson Plum Terrine

The Damson Plum Terrine is a combination of Damson Plums, Walnuts and Honey. It is best served with lively cheeses. The retail size is 130grms, however this product is usually made to order. Standard sizes include, 400grms, 600grms, 1.2kgs.
