Vital Hospitality is the industry’s preferred supplier. We can provide all hospitality staffing needs through our helpful and professional office staff.

We provide a range of front of house service staff, starting with entry level Senior Cadets (17-20yrs of age) who have successfully completed an intense in-house training programme, Focus Team (20+yrs of age) who have successfully completed an intense in-house training programme through to Senior Focus who have had a minimum of two years operational experience behind them.

Vital temporary staff are sourced from several areas to ensure a high standard of presentation and skill is maintained. Staff are selected primarily for high levels of grooming, presentation, skills and motivation. During the peak season of October-April, we employ approximately 100-150 staff and between May-September 70-100.
