Based in the Wairarapa, Breadcraft supply Rebel Bakehouse wraps & bagels and delicious, hand-crafted Cottage Lane artisan bread to supermarkets, food service and hospitality customers in NZ and beyond.
Our latest innovations include new Rebel Bakehouse HAPPY GUT wraps: Wholegrain Prebiotic Goodness wraps & Low Carb Spinach wraps (32% less carbs) with both wraps having a twist of prebiotic fibre for a happy gut.
Our new Herb & Black Garlic bagels are loaded with herbs, basil, oregano & marjoram & topped with black sesame and poppy seeds – delicious!.
Boasting a 4 health star rating this new super bagel joins the rest of our bagel range (Sourdough, Low Carb Max, Three Cheese, Original & Sesame Seed), all of which are fully-sliced, have ingredients baked right through the dough and are plant-based and vegan.
