Damien Guivarra

Damien Guivarra has been the Chief Executive Officer, Silver Chef Australia and New Zealand since November 2016.
Part of the Silver Chef family for more than 12 years, Damien has had a variety of roles within the organisation, from marketing and sales-focused positions to operational management. With a deep affection for the hospitality industry, Damien steers his team in developing innovative, flexible and affordable funding solutions going where banks and other traditional lenders can’t. 
Integral to the growth of the business, his mission goes beyond profitability. As one of only four publicly-listed B Corporations in the world, Damien drives a set of core values that underpin both Silver Chef’s internal and external operations. Being a B Corporation sees Damien building Silver Chef as a leader in a community of businesses that uses their power to solve social and environmental problems.
Damien acknowledges that personal and professional team development is fundamental to Silver Chef’s success. With a focus on nurturing relationships, he believes that developing an inclusive and collaborative culture permeates beyond the Silver Chef walls through to partners and stakeholders which is instrumental to the businesses success. 
Prior to Damien joining Silver Chef in 2005 he held a range of sales and marketing roles within organisations throughout Australia.
