With 50 years’ experience in kitchens and a special needs diet for a grand-daughter the current trend for Gluten Free options become no hurdle for well known Chef Graham Hawkes (Hawksy). The current National President of NZChefs, Hawksy and his family quickly adapted to the changes needed and found favour with local celiac through their weekly stall at the Farmers Market. Their Gastro Pub Paddington Arms offers its Guests an entirely Gluten Free Menu.
