Any entry not complying with these terms and conditions is invalid. Entry is open to residents of New Zealand (“Eligible Entrant”). Any entrant who is under the age of 18 years must have their parent or guardian’s permission to enter the promotion. Employees of the Promoter, the Promoter’s associated companies, the Promoter’s agencies associated with this competition and their immediate families are ineligible to enter. The promotion starts Friday 01 June 2018 and closes at 5pm on Monday 26 June 2018 (“Promotion Period”: Entry in the Prize Draw closes at 5pm on Monday 26 June 2018.) To participate in the promotion and have a chance to win a prize, it is necessary to sign up to the Inter-Fridge email newsletter. One entry in the Prize Draw will be accepted for each eligible sign-up provided each entry is in a separate personal and/or business name. The Promoter is not responsible for any entries that are late, misdirected or lost. All valid entries received will be entered into the Prize Draw. The Promoter retains the absolute discretion to require any entrant to provide their original purchase receipt for their Eligible Purchase in order to validate their prize claim or entry before awarding a prize. The following prize will be awarded: The Prize Draw prize is NZ$800.00 which will be delivered to the winner as a Foodstuffs Ltd supermarket vouchers to the total value of NZ$800.00 (from the supermarket of their choice) to their name valid for purchase from 3 July 2018 to 30th August 2018. There is only one prize to be awarded. The Prize Draw will occur at 6pm on Monday 26 June 2018. The first valid entry drawn from all valid entries received by the Promoter will win the prize. The winner will be notified by email within 48 hours of the prize draw and asked to claim their prize by nominating their preferred Foodstuffs Ltd supermarket to receive the prize voucher (as described at point 8 above). If the prize remains unclaimed by 5PM 10 July 2018 then a registered charity of the Promoters choice will receive a donation of the unclaimed prize. The total prize pool value is NZ$800.00. The Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered, including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss, or for personal injury suffered or sustained during the course of accepting or using the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. Prizes will only be delivered in New Zealand and winners should allow 28 days to receive their prize either from the date the Promoter validates their instant prize claim, or from the date that the winner of the prize draw claims their prize by nominating their preferred method of prize delivery.
