Italian company Giusto Manetti Battiloro is a world leader in the production of edible gold and silver leaf. Available in powder, crumb, flake and leaf form their products are ideal for use in restaurant dishes, beverages and catering as well as cake and chocolate decoration.

Since 1600 the Manetti family of Florence has combined traditional production methods with artistic innovation and cutting edge technology to produce gold and silver leaf of the highest quality. To this day part of the production process is completed by hand at their purpose built facility outside Florence.

Manetti has just released a new retail range making their products available to a wide audience. At the moment this retail range includes edible gold leaf and crumb with more products to follow.
