Introducing two new product ranges at Fine Food Show 2018.

Vegan Carob Bars and 100% Sprouted Grain Bread.
Both product ranges focus on health and well-being.

Imagine a bread with no flour and no yeast! We've made the healthiest bread, using just four ingredients; sprouted whole grain, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds and salt, that's it. It takes us four days to bake it, but we think it's worth it. The sprouting process breaks down the phytic acid. The result is a loaf of bread with higher levels of available nutrients.

We also have a range of vegan carob bars; caffeine, dairy and gluten free. We temper this vegan carob bar to get that shine, snap and melt in the mouth finish.

We are a registered charity which operates like a business. Any profit made is used to sponsor the Hands-On Food educational program for 12-19 year-olds. Our stockists and customers play a direct role in the education and support of our youth.
