We are a specialised gluten free bakery based in Christchurch.
We only bake gluten free products and we are focused on making healthy products that taste great.
We bake Pies & Savouries, Pastry, Desserts, Pizza Bases, Breads, Slices and Biscuits.
The Pavillion brand have been sold throughout New Zealand since 2007.
You will find our brands in over 300 supermarkets in New Zealand.
We bake products for other brands and we export to Australia.
