Zaroa NZ is a new start-up Artisan Meat company creating award-winning products from 100% grass-fed free-range New Zealand Beef, Lamb and Venison. We don't believe in Artificial. Our meat does not contain any:

> No artificial chemical ingredients, colouring, flavours, or preservatives.
> No sodium nitrates or sodium nitrites. 
> No gluten, No soy.

Working on New Zealand's oldest organic farm in Shelly Beach, Kaipara Heads our meat products are naturally processed, clean label meats that are Halal suitable. 

We have created a range of Sous Vide cooked roasts and meats, speciality sausages, salamis, air-dried and fermented products, and meals that emphasise health and well-being.

The Kaipara Salami

KAIPARA ANGUS BEEF CHORIZO SALAMI The fermented spicy salami is made with free-range ground beef, paprika and chilli that will bring some spice to your life. This product is naturally Pohutukawa wood-smoked and then we finish the process in the drying room. This salami is delicious on a fine deli tray, in a sandwich or as a snack. PACK SIZE: 1 (approx. 300g) INGREDIENTS: Beef, Spice, Spice Extract, Organic Sea Salt, Vinegar, Chilli, Paprika, Starter Culture, Pohutukawa Smoke.
