Baking New Zealand Demonstrations


Check out the BakingNZ Innovation Kitchen where top bakers from across New Zealand will be showcasing their expertise in everything baking from pastries to pizza and chocolates and ciabatta. Plus, BakingNZ will be holding two new competitions at Fine Food New Zealand which will be live judged on Sunday. The new competitions highlight the iconic custard square/vanilla slice and the decked-out doughnut competition. Make sure you check out the entries on stand F42 & F45.
