Aynaz Nowpavar

Naz, is an analytical thinker and a passionate problem solver with the capacity to read and interpret complex rules and regulations in order to make precise operational judgements. She is currently responsible for leading, developing, and training the Association's advisory team. She has extensive experience in attending ERA investigation hearings, mediations, analysing risks, negotiating exit, and advising on day-to-day workplace operational issues. In addition, Naz has prior experience in compliance, immigration, and employment law. To be more precise, her experience as a labour inspector and working within the government sector, has enhanced the Associations ability to advise members on compliance within their own businesses and to minimise risks where possible. She brings a wealth of practical experience as well as fine-tuned negotiating skills.
