Our first products into the foodservice market were the well-known and much loved Van Diermen Choux Pastry range. The Chocolate Dipped Profiteroles are still a bestselling line today!

Over the years Emma-Jane’s has evolved to fit the needs of the rapidly changing New Zealand market.
