Rescued supplies a range of products to the retail, food service and catering markets. Made from our secret ingredient, rescued bread flour, replacing virgin flour as a new upcycled ingredient. Quite literally, the next best thing since sliced bread.

Mouth-watering muffins made from 100% rescued bread flour baking mixes and other rescued local produce like peaches, feijoa, tomatoes, and herbs. Luscious cupcakes and petit fours to grace any gala dinner or event including our signature rescued lemon + gin botanicals flavour. A New Zealand Food Awards product finalist for 2022 and ingredient supplier to the Food Awards gala dinner.
