Join Rebecca Caughey from Cook & Nelson as she explores the shift of the mindful consumer, meaning people are still wanting an incredible drink experience without the alcohol. Learn more about the 'no and low' drinks movement in New Zealand and the way Seedlip has created a category of non-alcoholic spirits.

A Touch of Cardrona Magic

Cardrona Distillery is family owned and operated. The very best equipment has been sourced from the four corners of the earth, to make great hand-crafted and internationally awarded single malt whisky, gin, single malt vodka and limited edition liqueurs.
The Distillery has designed its craft process around the deep single malt traditions, starting from scratch with malted barley to create a genuine artisan premium spirit, a rarity in the spirits industry.
Come along to sample Cardrona’s finest spirits and learn how to add a touch of magic to your menu!
Thrifty Mis En Place

Discover how to get the most out of our bar ingredients via unconventional preparation, refinement and closed-loop waste techniques. Uncover the goodness can be extracted from the produce we often throw out.
Cassels Brewing Co – World Champions, Brewed in Woolston, Christchurch

A guided tasting through the core beer styles and brewing history of Cassels Brewing Co, a proudly family owned brewery from Woolston, Christchurch. The tasting will include Cassels world famous Milk Stout, which has been judged “Best in the World” at the World Beer Awards, London in both 2019 & 2020.

Parrotdog – Ten Years in the Making

Parrotdog was conceived in 2011 out of a love for good beer by three guys called Matt. From their brewery in Lyall Bay, they’re continuing to do what they started back then. Join Rich Yong for an introduction to Parrotdog’s diverse cast of characters – giving you a taste of their core-range and ReinCanation series. Nice.
