Handpicked, hand rolled, organic teas ranging from strong black teas through to our colour changing Blue Lemongrass. Our Wild Teas harvested by hand from the tops off the forests have a unique earthy character, while our Fire Chai is exactly that, helped by its 8 spices including chilli & pepper.

'Champagne' White Tea Stars

Much like fine wines, all teas have their own unique flavours, changing with the climate, terroir, harvesting and processing. From the Ella region in Sri Lanka's cooler climate our 'Champagne' White Tea Stars are harvested by hand before being carefully tied together. Like all good things, the flavours take time... Serve in a glass & watch the star unfurl with it's delicate floral taste and melon notes. Pairing suggestions: Melon & scallops

Thieves' Signature Tea

We don't think there is anyone who would know how to brew tea better than the pluckers who harvest the leaves daily! Fresh tea leaves are plucked & then pounded in a Vangedi bowl (mortar) before drying. The result is one of our favourite teas! Full bodied and easy to drink with or without milk. As with all of our teas, it's available in loose leaf.

Organic Chameleon Tea

An organic tea that changes colour? Sounds fun! 100% pure lemongrass with butterfly pea flower makes this tisane full of flavour, anti-oxidants and pure fun! Watch the colour change from aqua to mauve to royal blue with the addition of other ingredients as simple as soda or lemon. Grown in the tropical climate in Sri Lanka our lemongrass is hand cut & dried in the warmer monsoon winds.
