Venue Information

There are a number of ways to get to Auckland Showgrounds. For further information please visit:

Parking at Auckland Showgrounds for exhibitors and visitors is $6 for the first hour then $2 each hour after to a maximum of $18.

Card payments are preferred.

Yes, the venue has a few disability car parks located just outside Auckland Showgrounds, closest to the main entrance. Be sure to mention to parking wardens if you require these parks – even if the car park is closed due to being full, these spaces may still be available. 

Registration

After filling in and submitting the registration form, you’ll receive an email confirming your details, including a barcode. Print the confirmation page with the barcode and bring it to the event. Scan the barcode at the scanning station at the registration desk, and your badge will be printed for you. Badges won’t be mailed out before the show. If you forget your printed barcode, we’ll have your details on file, but you might have to wait in line.

Online Registration will open in March.

After submitting your registration, a username and password will be generated for you. You can log in anytime until the day before the show by entering your username and password in the login box on this page. This allows you to make changes or corrections to your details. You can also use this login to save time when registering for future XPO events. You’ll have the option to change the autogenerated username and password to something more memorable.

To register multiple staff members, you need to complete one form for each person attending the event. After completing the first registration, you’ll find a link that takes you back to the form with company details already filled in, ready for you to enter the next staff name.
